These are craftable in game, but they are a heck of a grind, for obvious reasons.

This bomb makes a nice large hole in whatever you hit with it.  It evaporates anything in a 20 block radius.  So, if you hit near the core, you win and you can salvage the bad guy.  If you miss, then you gotta shoot it again, and again, lol, until you hit the core...so you could make a mess of your target if you are not precise.

This is the largest possible damage radius in game due to hard coding limits by the game devs.
